Certain services provided by your doctor are not covered by the N.H.S and you will be asked to pay a fee.
These services include insurance or Employment medicals, HGV medicals, Insurance claim certificates, countersigning passport applications, and letters to solicitors, employers and outside agencies.
You do not have to be a patient registered with the practice to access this service.
Medicals are normally carried out on: Tuesday 4pm - 5pm.
