The practice catchment area runs along the east back of the River Severn from Berkeley in the north, south through Newport and Stone, east to Charfield and south through Cromhall to Rangeworthy. The boundary then runs west to include Latteridge, Earthcott Green west to Gaunt’s Earthcott to the M5 - South down M5 to Bristol/Wales railway line to Severn Estuary with an extension down B4055 to include Over Court.
